At Llegue’s Motorsports, your satisfaction is our top priority. We know that purchasing a Yamaha Banshee or related parts is an exciting investment, and we want you to feel confident every step of the way. That’s why we’ve created a clear and fair refund and returns policy designed to protect you while keeping things simple.

✅ Easy Returns

You may return your purchase within 60 days of delivery.
Items must be undamaged, in their original condition, and include all packaging, manuals, and proof of purchase.
If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, defective product), we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, customers are responsible for shipping fees.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you promptly.
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note: shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items if they arrive defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, simply email us at lleguesmotorsports350@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll guide you through the process.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Custom Yamaha Banshee builds or special-order parts.
Clearance or discounted items.
Products that show signs of use, wear, or modification.
